CFM offers its Diploma in Finance program in Dubai in collaboration with Blue Ocean Academy of Dubai.

Under this collaborative offering CFM will be responsible for designing the program, supplying the reading material , providing web access, conducting the examinations, and issuing certificates to qualifying candidates . Blue Ocean Academy , Dubai will be responsible for marketing the program , enrolling the candidates  , and providing class- room instruction .
