INSTRUCTIONS
Please
make sure you fill up all MANDATORY fields which are star
marked in the application form.
Once you have submitted the application form and payment,
you will recieve an approval from CFMand you will
be sent an acknowledgement via email along with the following:
1. Unique Registration Number
2. Unique Login + password
3. Weblink to access your online CFM account.
Using
these details you can access, print and download your Hall
ticket, Payment Receipt and also edit your details.
Kindly note the Unique CFM Reference Number for future correspondence.
DD/ Cheque
is to be drawn in favour of: "Centre for Financial Management"
payable at Bangalore. Please mention the unique CFM Reference
Number at the back of DD/ Cheque.
Upon payment via Credit Card / Debit Card, you will get a
confirmation page with the transaction details.
Kindly note down the transaction details carefully for future
reference.
